1. Conference Registration Fees:

Cancellation requests made more than 30 days before the start date of the conference will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation requests made between 15 to 30 days before the start date of the conference will be eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the conference.

2. Dental Course Fees:

Cancellation requests made more than 45 days before the start date of the course will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation requests made between 30 to 45 days before the start date of the course will be eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date of the course.

3. Refund Process:

All refund requests must be made in writing via email to swissmonoimplant@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Conference/Course Name]."

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the written refund request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

4. Exceptions:

In the event that VK DENTAL INDIA PVT LTD cancels a conference or course, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fees.

No refunds will be issued for any non-refundable expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation arrangements.
